How Campaign Matrix Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on campaignmatrix.life.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember preferences and understand how visitors interact with pages. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags. This policy explains how Campaign Matrix Pte. Ltd. ("Campaign Matrix", "we", "us") uses these technologies on campaignmatrix.life ("Website").

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Ensure the Website functions correctly (necessary cookies);
  • Remember your cookie consent choice for six months;
  • Understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve content and navigation (analytics cookies — only with consent);
  • Measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns when applicable (advertising cookies — only with consent).

We do not use cookies to guarantee marketing outcomes, track you across unrelated third-party sites for profiling without consent, or sell cookie data to data brokers.

3. Cookie categories

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the Website to operate. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences or submitting a form. Without these cookies, some services cannot be provided.

  • campaignmatrix_consent — Stores your cookie banner choice (accept all, reject all or custom). Duration: six months. Provider: Campaign Matrix (first-party).
  • Session cookies — Maintain basic session state during your visit. Duration: session (deleted when browser closes). Provider: Campaign Matrix / hosting infrastructure.

3.2 Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors arrive at and use the Website — which pages are viewed, how long users stay and whether errors occur. Data is aggregated where possible. These cookies are placed only if you click "Accept all" or otherwise consent to analytics in our cookie banner.

  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) — Collects anonymised usage statistics. Typical duration: _ga up to two years; _gid up to twenty-four hours. Provider: Google LLC. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

3.3 Advertising / marketing cookies

Advertising cookies may be used to measure the performance of Campaign Matrix's own promotional activities (for example, whether a visitor arrived from a paid search ad). We do not use advertising cookies to retarget Website visitors with get-rich-quick, crypto or unrelated third-party offers. These cookies are placed only with consent.

  • Google Ads conversion tag — Records when a user completes a defined action after clicking our ad. Duration: up to ninety days. Provider: Google LLC.
  • Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — Measures ad effectiveness if Meta campaigns are active. Duration: up to ninety days. Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — Analytics for LinkedIn advertising campaigns if active. Duration: up to six months. Provider: LinkedIn Corporation.

4. Consent and the cookie banner

When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner offers three choices:

  • Accept all — Enables necessary, analytics and advertising cookies described above.
  • Reject all — Enables only strictly necessary cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set.
  • Customise — Redirects you to this page for detailed information so you can make an informed choice, then return to set preferences via the banner.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and local storage for six months, after which the banner will appear again. You may change your mind at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or contacting us at [email protected].

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through settings. Instructions vary by browser:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking all cookies may affect Website functionality. Blocking third-party cookies may limit analytics accuracy but will not prevent basic site use.

6. Third-party opt-out tools

You can opt out of certain third-party analytics and advertising cookies using industry tools:

  • Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Google Ads settings: adssettings.google.com
  • Meta ad preferences: facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
  • LinkedIn cookie settings: linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls
  • Network Advertising Initiative: networkadvertising.org/choices

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no universal standard for responding to DNT. We currently do not alter our practices solely in response to DNT signals, but we honour the choices you make through our cookie banner and browser settings.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies, change vendors or update legal requirements. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
