Is Campaign Matrix a marketing course, or do you guarantee #1 Google rankings?

No. We are a full-service marketing agency that plans and runs client campaigns — we do not sell courses, and the .life TLD is branding only (NOT life coaching or wellness). We cannot and do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or ROI; outcomes depend on budget, market and product. Our SEO and paid media work is designed to improve visibility through sound campaign planning, content marketing and analytics — with honest reporting, not headline promises.

What is your engagement model — retainer or project?

Both. Most clients start with a defined project scope — brand strategy, a go-to-market launch or a campaign sprint — then move to a quarterly retainer for always-on campaign management. Retainers typically include paid media, SEO, content marketing, creative production and analytics under one integrated campaign matrix. Project scopes are quoted separately with clear deliverables and timelines.

What are typical SGD budgets?

Agency retainers generally start from S$5,500 per month for paid media management, with full-service integrated campaigns from S$8,000–S$15,000 per month depending on channels and creative volume. Media spend is separate and paid directly to platforms. We discuss budget honestly during the campaign review — underspending limits data; overspending without strategy wastes money. We do not guarantee ROI at any budget level.

How long does onboarding take?

A typical onboarding cycle takes two to four weeks: discovery workshops, analytics and ad account audit, brand strategy alignment, media plan build and creative production kickoff. Faster sprints are possible for focused paid media or SEO projects with existing assets. Your dedicated strategist coordinates access, approvals and the reporting cadence from day one.

Which channels and platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display, SEO, content marketing, social media organic support, email / CRM marketing, marketing automation and landing page conversion optimisation. We recommend channels based on your audience targeting and funnel — not every platform suits every brand in the APAC market.

What is your reporting cadence?

Fortnightly or monthly KPI reviews are standard, delivered through a shared marketing dashboard plus a written summary covering spend, funnel metrics, A/B testing results and ROI framing. Ad-hoc reporting is available for launch periods. We believe results-oriented agencies should make data accessible — not hide behind vanity metrics.

What are your contract and notice terms?

Retainers run on quarterly agreements with 30 days' written notice to terminate. Project scopes are fixed-fee with milestone billing. We do not lock clients into long contracts without performance conversations — but we ask for enough runway to optimise campaigns properly. Specific terms are in our service agreement.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

What do you NOT do?

We do not guarantee Google rankings, leads, sales or ROI. We do not promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto trading, forex, MLM or passive income products. We do not sell marketing courses or accredited training. We do not operate as a media publisher or news outlet. We do not fabricate client logos, fake awards or unauthorised partner badges.

Who owns ad accounts, tools and creative assets?

You do. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts are created in your organisation's name. Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms remain yours. Creative assets produced under your engagement are licensed to you upon payment. We believe a trustworthy performance marketing agency never holds accounts hostage.
